This beautiful yoga retreat in paradise will help you establish a daily meditation and Ashtanga yoga practice to deepen your mind body spirit connection
Mornings will begin with a sunrise meditation practice, followed by an Ashtanga practice (lead and Mysore style) in a majestic jungle setting.
ALL LEVELS are welcome and encouraged to work at their own pace. Kathleen and Wade will give you hands on adjustments and individualized attention.
Evening meditation practice will take place before bed to help you get a nourishing night’s sleep. Your days will be free to visit the on-site spa, relax, surf, swim in the ocean or the resort pool and enjoy local excursions, such as zip lining and the Nosara Refuge for Wildlife.

Kathleen and Wade met in an Ashtanga class and were married 6 months later!
They are the former Owners of Maya Yoga in Kansas City, MO and now reside in Encinitas, CA, the birth place of Ashtanga Yoga in the U.S.
Kathleen has been teaching Ashtanga for 20 years and practices with her teacher Tim Miller daily. She and Wade have completed his teacher training and have taught Ashtanga Teacher Trainings for ten years.
They are both devotees of Paramahansa Yoganada. The benefits of a daily meditation practice, along with asana and eating a vegan diet have changed their lives for the better on every level.
They are passionate advocates for humans, animals and the planet.
