A DAY ON RETREAT + IN COMMUNITY

The retreat schedule will be perfectly curated to support you. From classes and workshops, to free time to explore the beautiful town or sip smoothies by the pool – there will be a balance of deep transformative work and time to fill yourself up.
Each day, we will have a morning, and afternoon/evening workshop with Adrian. These experiences will be active, embodied and connected. Between classes and workshops we will have healthy meals at the resort, time to relax by the salt water pool, and take trips to the beach or around town.
Everything on the schedule is fully optional, but we highly encourage you to attend everything! The full schedule will be sent to all guests prior to the retreat.
