Join me in a 7-day Yoga & Wellness Retreat in the tropical paradise of Costa Rica, a healing environment that will soothe your nervous system as it will help you feel:

This retreat will provide you with tools that will help you find your own internal tranquil space through daily yoga, meditation, and other mindful practices. During our time together, we will weave these daily practices together and reconnect with life itself in a more meaningful way, no matter our external circumstances!



For 7 days you will be in a safe space for you to have fun, as you learn and practice the use of different and useful mindful techniques that will help you quiet the mind for self-awareness to stay calm while vibrating vitality, to help you find mental focus and clarity, and to fully explore and connect with your present moment. The daily practices are exclusively designed to help you feel balanced and empowered with your physical and mental health, your joyful, creative and intuitive heart, and your infinite inner wisdom of your spirit.



This tropical paradise offers the ideal environment to allow Mother Nature to nourish your whole being while you are eating fresh, organic, homemade, delicious, and healthy plant-based and vegetarian meals and treats; helping you to promote lightness of body, clarity of mind, and openness of spirit. The intention is that during our week together as we share and experience daily practices of Yoga, Meditation and other Mindfulness Techniques, you will transform and grow into the best version of yourself, and have the proper tools to help you stay inspired and easily incorporate this mindful practices beyond the retreat environment. You will take home with you the ability to connect amidst the storm of life’s challenges and beauty.



As modern yogis, I am sure you have experienced that great feeling after a wonderful yoga practice. However, your obligations and routines of your hectic daily life challenges your own ability to take care of yourself, to connect with your own inner wisdom, fogging your ability to even recognize and satisfy your own personal needs.

I also understand that without the proper understanding and guidance, it can be overwhelming and challenging to face your struggles while being consistent with the things you intuitively know are good for you, and not knowing where and how to create that space for self-care practices on a regular basis. This increases your feelings of frustration, making you feel anxious, less balanced, and less creative. Sometimes you may even feel mentally, physically, and energetically depleted as you are constantly battling with your own most inner critic of all.

It is important to recognize that, as humans, we are currently living in remarkably interesting and challenging times. Therefore, it is very important now more than ever to learn how to take care of yourself effectively, to implement a lifestyle that promotes balance, and to reconnect with life and yourself in a more meaningful and mindful way that truly inspires and drives you. “My name is Yely Staley. I am a Venezuelan born American citizen (fluent in English and Spanish), former yoga studio owner, and certified yoga teacher with 600+ hours of yoga training, registered with Yoga Alliance with E-RYT 500H and YACEP certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Functional Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Anatomy. I also collaborate writing informative articles for Yoga Medicine and Yoga International, teaching yoga classes online for Yoga International in Spanish.
I have been practicing Yoga since 2004 and Meditation since 2008 and have trained with some of the most world-renowned yoga and meditation teachers. I am constantly refining my practice, studies and knowledge of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with many other renown teachers so I can continue offering my best self to my students.
