Erika is highly driven and passionate about life. Creating connection, community and empowering others to live their greatest life is one of Erika’s biggest driving forces.

5 years ago she left her career as a corporate accountant and completely pivoted the direction of her career. Over the last 5 years she has devoted herself to diving deep into learning as much as possible about nutrition, yoga, and leadership.

Erika has traveled all over North America training with some of the worlds greatest leaders and graduated from Canada’s top holistic nutrition school. She is now a Baptiste Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

Erika currently lives in Calgary, Alberta with her husband and three daughters.
