Therapeutic Alignment Based Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics, Functional Movement and Restful Yoga Nidra is all part of cultivating deeper levels of relaxation.
We will reset and reprogram our bodies response to stress. We don’t learn by words alone, because words don’t teach, WE must embark on embodied somatic movement experiences to CULTIVATE the Relaxation Response in our nervous systems. Expect a total RESET for Yourself!

Muriel’s Integrated Healing Arts skillset is multidimensional, consisting of and not limited to being a Lifestyle, Health and Wellness Coach, a Yoga Educator/Functional Movement Specialist, and an Advanced Bodywork/Massage Practitioner. This alchemical healing environment fulfills the recipient with a sense of being held in a nurturing sacred space.
During a private session, she is intuitively guided and has the ability to sense, feel and begin facilitating the most helpful healing modality for you.
