Bodhi Tree is a world class yoga resort with lots to offer and is nestled in the jungle by Nosara, within walking distance to Playa Guiones, known for its surfing and a perfect beach to enjoy your swim/walk/run between yoga classes and activities. Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort lays also within the healing energies of The Blue Zone , the presence of its healing properties are palpable on the Nicoya Peninsula.

We will offer you 1group meditation session,2 daily yoga classes. The morning practice will be core stabilizing and an all levels flow yoga interwoven with learnings about the main 7 chakras of the body, including mantras, mudras and meditation as well as journaling. Yin Yoga in the afternoons with the assistance of yoga props, the perfect way to wrap up your daily activity at the resort and to gently stretch and rejuvenate for the night.

The Yoga Retreat room pricing includes:

• 7 night stay with twice daily yoga classes
• lodging, meals (arrival day dinner until 9pm and departure day breakfast at 7am)
• access to pool as well as beach, are included in the retreat price.

Prices starting at $1222 for a shared lodge to $2222 for  private suite. All rooms have AC.
