Spend a relaxing week with me in the beautiful jungle of Costa Rica, Nosara region in the amazing Bodhi Tree Resort. The modern accommodations and the open-air yoga studios are set amid the tropical lush green jungle. Come be a part of the community, and experience the raw beauty of Costa Rica. You’ve never experienced a get away quite like this!
Yoga will be offered in beautiful shala locations throughout the property. Morning and evening yoga sessions offered daily (with slight schedule modifications for first and last days, for travel considerations). Each session will be 60-90
minutes depending on the session. Yoga sessions will include daily variety including Gentle Yoga, Energizing Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra. Meditation and yoga philosophy will be woven throughout the sessions.
Three meals a day are included in the retreat costs. The Bodhi buffet provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and features fresh, local ingredients with traditional flavors. The resort can accommodate most dietary considerations. Air fare, transportation, and 13 percent tax not included.

200 YRT, Yoga Nidra certified, AFAA certified, CPR/First Aid Certified. Masters degree in Organizational management, and Master's of Public Health.
Michelle Ramirez has been a fitness instructor for over 30 years and exclusively teaching yoga for 7 years. Michelle possesses a 200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Certificate and was trained through the Transformative Yoga Teacher Training Program by Stacey Whittingham and Gena Foreman.
Michelle is a Certified Group Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is currently exploring advanced yoga training from Embodied Yoga, Karen Miscall-Bannon.
Michelle also possesses a Yoga Nidra Certification adapted from teachings from the Himalayan Institute Method. Other teaching influences include
Yin Yoga education from the teachings of Paul Grilley and James Kapika, and Restorative Yoga teaching from Judith Lasater.
