Shazi Usman is a professional retreat leader, health and life coach, actor, and certified Yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training. Deeply rooted in Indian culture, Sanskrit, and compassionate ancient wisdom – Shazi teaches many styles of Yoga and meditation in LA, Hawai’i, and around the world: Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra, and more. Shazi (born and raised in Hawai’i) first discovered Yoga as a young boy while visiting his family in India, and he has been practicing Yoga since childhood. Through alchemizing Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, and mystical practices (from Zen, Sufism, and Kabbalah) – Shazi has helped thousands of students at Equinox, Hot 8 Yoga, and all over the world to activate the life force within and refine the mind-body-breath connection. Shazi offers the Heaven On Earth retreat to share how to attain a deeper feeling of joy and love.

Ruby Chase is a singer, recording artist, music producer, DJ, and social alchemist. With a focus on taking her listeners on a journey, Ruby serves up a unique ritualistic approach to live performance. She expresses this intention through her intentional lyrics and an eclectic span of musical flavors ranging deep tribal bass to floating angelic highs. Weaving global dance music with her ethereal live vocals and interactive invitations, Ruby’s sets turn the dance floor into a ceremony.

Austin is a masterful Yoga & meditation teacher, and his classes are always packed with fun and laughter. After his first teacher training done on a whim, Yoga completely transformed his approach to hard situations with a sense of humor and play. Now teaching for Equinox and Alo Yoga, Austin has completed a 200hr and 300hr YTT, a 35hr sequencing module, and a prenatal certification program. He loves handstands and inversions of all kinds, and he offers special inversion workshops for both Alo and Equinox. Austin can’t wait to share his years of experience and passion for getting you upside down in the jungle!
