Life Coaching, Hatha and Restorative and Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics is a perfect way to drop into the Pura Vida Costa Rican Relax and Rejuvenate mode.

Offered in a lighthearted, soulful style with clarity, strength and spirit. Adventures and Beach Fun Play time is an essential part of the process. Spa time and pool time makes everything better. I am feeling excited to share an alchemical learning environment. I love teaching and it shows! I hold an E-RYT 500 Yoga Educator with Yoga Alliance with 18 years of teaching experience and 26 years as an Advanced Bodywork/Massage Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach.

Muriel’s Integrated Healing Arts skillset is multidimensional, consisting of and not limited to being a Lifestyle, Health and Wellness Coach, a Yoga Educator/Functional Movement Specialist, and an Advanced Bodywork/Massage Practitioner. This alchemical healing environment fulfills the recipient with a sense of being held in a nurturing sacred space.
