Experience the sweetness of this “blue zone” paradise surrounded by the sounds of nature and minutes from magical beach sunsets.  Nosara’s yoga & surf town vibe is the perfect place to connect more deeply with nature, community & self.   Dailey yoga offered mid-mornings and several late afternoons, leaving plenty of time for adventures, sunsets, and rest.  We will share beautifully prepared meals, meet for sunsets and yoga, and enjoy an optional off-site dinner as a group.

There will be an opportunity for a group ATV adventure to a waterfall for swimming and a possible farm tour.  The views from mountain ridges are stunning and well worth the trip.  All excursions & off-site meals are optional and not included.

What’s Included:

7 nights accommodations, meals, yoga,  and bodhi shuttle to beach or town.

Not Included:

Round trip airfare, off-site meals and/or adventures, transportation from LIR airport, 13% resort tax.

Triple room:  3 twin beds and shared bath $1695 per person

Queen Casita: 2 separate rooms with queen bed, shared bath, kitchen, and private outdoor sitting area.  $2200 per person

Double Queen Room:  2 queen beds $2200

King Room private bath:  $2500 per person double occupancy only

Jill found her way to the mat seeking balance in the midst of raising a family and a busy career. As the yoga began, there was a gradual reorganizing of heart, mind and body as the desire to understand the science of yoga grew. With a passion for yoga & community it was clear that her neighborhood was in need of a place to move, breath and connect. After years of faithful commuting to area studios and jokes with fellow yogis about the long and stressful drive to yoga, it was clearly time to build a yoga community closer to home. An athletic lifestyle that invariably included injuries fueled Jill’s desire to move more consciously. Jill loves that regardless of age or athletic ability yoga has healing properties. Many students with injuries and past surgeries find that yoga can be an important part of their rehabilitation and facilitate greater mobility, reduction of pain and a general feeling of well- being. Creating a safe space to feel better in your body, cultivating physical awareness and making meaningful connections is what motivates Jill to bring people together. She believes that yoga is for every body and encourages all students to move at their own pace and pay attention to their bodies.

Kim Ply

With more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Kim designs individual and small group programs that are tailored to your specific goals. Kim’s theory is to make fitness fun and functional, using “all core all the time” through compound movements to make each session efficient and effective. As a health coach, Kim also has a holistic view to health and wellness, and has a genuine desire to help people.

In her spare time Kim enjoys walking her dogs, roller blading, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
