Ilana Siegal founded LifeWorks Studio to hold space for a culture of radical care in Berkshire, MA., care for both one’s self and one’s community.
Long since before LifeWorks’ founding in 2013, Ilana had been focused on creating an environment that fosters growth, development, and the sensationtional experience that it is possible to make your life work.
Drawing on a lifelong career in yoga, Pilates, dance, bodywork, and personal development, Ilana creates programs that integrate mind, body, fitness, and wellness. Her classes and one-on-one sessions reveal a deep understanding of the musculoskeletal systems, and a mastered and intuitive ability to create movement that strengthens body and mind, and targets and corrects physical habits that cause pain.
Ilana was a Certificate Student at the Ailey School in New York City, and later became a certified Life Coach through Coaching for Transformation.
Ilana is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) with over 500 hours of training and 20+ years of hands-on teaching experience. In addition, she was one of the very first Yoga Therapists certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
At LifeWorks Studio, Ilana welcomes all community-members and levels of ability. Classes are supportive, accessible, and challenging for beginners and professionals. LifeWorks classes offer a unique approach to movement and form that focuses on function and building strength by using your body in the most integrated way. You will forge a mind-body connection and deep understanding of how your individual body operates and reveal the optimal way to strengthen your instrument.
