  • Join me for a weeklong wellness retreat filled with daily movement, yoga & pilates, sunshine, beaches, deliciously nourishing food, and great people! The week will include 7 nights accommodations at the beautiful Bodhi Tree boutique resort, 3 daily meals, 2 or more daily movement classes (a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Pilates) along with guided meditation and other specialty workshops. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to take surf lessons, spend time relaxing in Bodhi’s beautiful spa facilities or swimming in one of their saltwater pools, and of course time to explore all of the natural beauty Nosara has to offer!

Madison Fruitman

Madison Fruitman has been teaching yoga for over 7 years, after she obtained her certification in January 2016, under the guidance of Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica. She brought these skills back home to Toronto, where she began building a community of practice through weekly classes, workshops and annual retreats.
In Toronto, Madison teaches both Yoga and Pilates in the east end of the city. She leads a variety of class types, from Core Flows, to Vinyasa, to Slow Flows, to Yin and Restorative, as well as Mat & Reformer Pilates.
In her classes you can expect to cultivate a deep connection between breath and movement. She encourages you to
work hard, while maintaining a connection to your body’s individual needs. As a teacher, she loves combining creative sequences, curated music playlists, with a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration, to help deepen one’s practice. She offers hands-on adjustments and always tries to end a practice with an inspirational quote.
