Join Teri C and Nat B for a week of yoga, full body fitness, that is sure to rejuvenate your mind body and spirit. You will be challenged and recharged. A complete program which also includes primal flow, handstand workshops, runs on the beach, chakra and meditation workshops. There will also be plenty of time to sit on the beach and watch the most breathtaking sunsets that Costa Rica has to offer.
Teri-Ann Carty is a toronto based yoga teacher who completed her 500hr training at The Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. She has completed the Y12SR trainings with Niki Meyers, and studied with Anodea Judith to deepen her knowledge of the Chakra system. Teri’s passions are many. She has a thriving photography business, a food blog and travels extensively spending as much time in Costa Rica as she can. Teri leads workshops on the chakra system, food photography, and runs retreats. Teri is a proud ambassador for LOLE and a yoga teacher in Toronto teaching at Kula Yoga and IAM Yoga Studios focusing on Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin.
Nat B is overall mover. She discovered her passion of teaching & coaching at a young age & was lucky enough to grow & learn with some of the countries best. With her gymnastics & cheerleading background, her heart fell in love with strength training, Animal flow, yoga & all things movement. Her pursuit of Personal Training has flourished, with over 15 years of experience, with specialties in mobility, strength & conditioning & HIIT training. With goals to one day own her very own studio training space, her energetic enthusiasm to MOVE is contagious & motivating.
