She is trained and certified in formats such as Dance Cardio, Trampoline, Sculpt, Pilates MAT, Pilates Reformer, HIIT, TRX, Barre, and Boot Camp and in her classes, you can expect challenging and fun sequences that will build endurance, strength, and longer muscles.
