Lydia Miller

Qualifications / certifications / ERYT 500 - Studio & School Co-Owners- Flow Yoga School & Flow Studio A Movement & Wellness Sanctuary in Boise, ID

Lydia has over 20 years of teaching, leading and building teacher training programs, continued education, specialty workshops, virtual classes and hosting retreats, she stays busy sharing the goodness of yoga. Lydia’s passion and purpose is to cultivate a space for individuals to find connection, transformation, and alignment within their own journey. Which means finding ways to apply the practice in your daily life. Her favorite part of teaching is to share how we can live with less rigidity and absolutes and more space for choice, freedom, and joy. Each person has a unique form, function, and being, it’s only natural to have physical, emotional and mental changes and fluctuations. Yoga practice can teach you how to listen and observe while managing ways to grow and flourish throughout your life. She is fascinated with balancing the traditions of yoga with new research and findings about the human body. Her purpose is to bring application of practice to life, making complex topics, such as anatomy, asana, philosophy, and much more feel simple, understood and applicable to each individual and in their own way.

Megan Aaron

Megan fell in love with the practice at a time in her life where health and wellness was not a priority. In fact she was struggling with depression, lack of self worth and wasn’t moving her body. After teaching for many years she became extremely passionate about the energetic body and enjoys taking her students on a journey through the subtle body. Her style of teaching is inspired by my teachers Shiva Rea, Maria Garre, Bizzie Gold, and Dr. Vasant Lad. Beyond yoga she is also a certified Ayurvedic lifestyle coach and help individuals optimize their health through diet, lifestyle routines, meditation practices and more.
