Classes are offered twice daily in our gorgeous nature-immersed yoga shalas. We’ll start each morning with a radiant Vinyasa class to get the body and breath flowing in harmony. In the late afternoons we will cool down with slower, more restorative styles of yoga. Classes are intended to create a full experience- not just through asana…. but through breath, meditation, journaling prompts and deep reflection.
Sample daily schedule:
– 7:15 – 8:30am Good Morning Vinyasa: Flowing with the rhythm of nature to get the day off to a great start.
– 8:30 – 9:30am Breakfast: all meals are open-air, fresh, local and SO delicious!
– 9:30 – 12:30pm Free time
– 12:30 – 2:00pm Lunch
– 2:00 – 4:00pm Free time
– 4:00 – 5:00pm Afternoon Yoga: gentler styles to soak in the day, including Restorative classes with local guest instructor Zac Mason and also a local sound healing experience
– 5:30 pm Sunset on the Beach. The golden hour is the best time to enjoy the beach!
– 6:30 pm Dinner and socializing and wherever the night takes us 🙂
Free Time: whether you seek adventure or total relaxation, there is no shortage of activities to fill your cup. Lounge by one of the gorgeous salt-water pools, explore the vibrant town of Nosara, enjoy the beach and tide pools, take surfing lessons, indulge in spa treatments or fitness classes, venture out on a guided excursion, or simply hang out and take it all in. We are just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful surf-friendly beach Playa Guiones. There is a shuttle service that circulates regularly between the resort, town and beach.
Nosara is an incredibly special place that I consider my yoga home away from home. I can’t wait to share its wonder with you.

Airfare (closest airport is Liberia International.)
Shuttle to the resort, which is 2+ hours from Liberia airport. One-way shuttles range from $40+tax (group) to $150+tax (private). I will help coordinate shuttles for participants arriving at similar times; however there are typically multiple arrival times
Staff gratuities: optional, however $10 per day is recommended for the kind and hardworking staff
