I had been experiencing pain around my hip and went to see a few other people before I came to Isabelle. My wife referred Isabelle to me, as she had received a few sessions from her in the past. Two days after the session, I had zero pain anywhere. I feel like I’m 20 again. Thank you again, Isabelle.

Part of the experience that I shared with Isabelle during our last session was about using what was going on in my life as an opportunity to unhook and relax. There was a kind of satisfaction from time to time when a sensation that began as one thing (discomfort, holding, strain) became something that coaxed the tension away. I’m now consciously exploring relaxing during the day, just by walking down the street. I thank Isabelle for being my teacher and showing me some ways of using this dance to explore.

Isabelle’s love of life, her love of her family, and more importantly love of herself set such a great example that it allowed me, as well as her other students, to set a course that brought light and happiness into a questionable world. Even if I never take another yoga class, I will always be thankful to Isabelle for being the wind beneath my sail when the storms were strong and the horizon was lost. She kept me on course and I’m not sure I would have done that myself.

I loved my very cosmic Thai Yoga Bodywork session! It was much more than I ever could’ve imagined. I loved to let my body go, in Isabelle’s capable hands, and let the energy flow all over. I was able to go so deep, and allow my soul to soar while every part of my ‘bone temple’ was being acknowledged.
Everyone was blown away by the experience in yesterday’s Thai Yoga Bodywork session. I feel so great – like I breathed a whole bunch of air in-between my vertebrae and my body.
Isabelle makes her classes challenging and fun, and I never know what she’s going to do. They don’t allow me to become complacent, that’s for sure. Her energy is vibrant and her music is great! My practice grows every time, and for that I thank Isabelle.

My class with Isabelle was a different and very good experience. Because many of the poses were slower, it made the class more meditative and mentally transported me. Also, the poses themselves can be more physically intense when they are done slower, but in a good way. Students can tell that Isabelle has put thought and consideration into what she wants from a class and it shows. She is an excellent teacher.
This past summer, I had the pleasure of attending Isabelle’s class. She changed my mind regarding my thoughts on yoga. Her patience and energy gave me the boost that I needed to stay with the practice. I found that her class held my interest both mentally and physically. I just wanted to take the time to thank Isabelle. She is truly a gifted, special lady and I look forward to working with her again.

I’ve been trying to find the right words but the relief I felt was so indescribable, unlike anything I have ever experienced. Weights were lifted on my body and soul. I continue to feel lighter because I released a lot of negative emotions. I can’t thank Isabelle enough. It was a beautiful, beautiful experience
What Isabelle does in her professional way with Thai Yoga Bodywork is to bring the healing breath and hands on massage to the body, mind and spirit to awaken its own awareness of the being to heal.
