The Yoga
Yoga is a personal inquiry, where we explore what is means to find those places in us that are calling our attention forward. Every body is different, and we gather in the same room and practice this healing art form alone/together, with reverence and presence. The Self Awakening Yoga is an exploration of inquiry based primal movements reprogramming and balancing the bodies response to stress and the Restorative Yoga activates and resets the relaxation response of our nervous system and fosters an environment to drop into a deeply relaxed state.

Muriel's Bio
Muriel has 24 years experience in the Healing Arts field when she began her study of the body at UCSD, and she's personally taken a 1000 hours of yoga teacher trainings. Her yoga classes are deep, soulful, gentle and calming to help participants relax, de-stress and connect to themselves. They are a combined expression of self awakening therapeutic movement inquiries, Iyengar alignment principals, slow flow vinyasa and deeply relaxing restorative postures. She's a yoga educator and this shines through in the knowledge she so openly shares with others. She believes the lineage of all healing arts is a gift of health and wellbeing for anyone who chooses to take the journey within.
