Retreat Features

Imagine a time when stress was not playing a huge part in your daily life!

This retreat is an invitation for the reprogramming of your body’s response to stress, to experience a sense of truly letting go, as we create an easy way into our natural state of being. Through these self healing practices of Self Awakening and Restorative Yoga we are tapping in to our ability to find balance in the nervous systems of action (sympathetic) and relaxation (parasympathetic).

Movement inquires of self awakening yoga and gentle supported stillness in restorative poses is a brilliant combination to fully access the senses and transform on a deep cellular level.

If you’ve been feeling overworked, overwhelmed, overstimulated or unable to create space for self care, then you are on the right track, by giving yourself the gift of this retreat. Anytime we take the time to care for ourselves, it’s an expression of self LOVE.

I am honored and look forward to embracing this unified field of compassion together, as ONE.

This retreat is designed to create space for you to relax and rejuvenate your body mind and soul in the lush grounds of Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, where the jungle meets the sea.
