Return to Self is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. Rooted in yoga philosophy, this retreat is centered around the idea that who we are seeking is already within us.
Through daily yoga, meditation, breath work, nourishing meals, ocean air, and intentional rest, we create space to return to presence, balance, and inner knowing. Inspired by the yogic practice of svādhyāya, or self-study, this experience is about peeling back the layers and coming home to yourself.
Set in the lush beauty of Nosara, Costa Rica, Return to Self is not about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you’ve been all along.
Ashley is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Central Florida and trained in the 7 Doorways style of yoga. She specializes in creative sequencing, intentional movement, and connection to breath, creating classes that invite students to slow down, tune inward, and move with presence. Through yoga, Ashley hopes to help others cultivate balance, peace, and a deeper connection to themselves — both on and off the mat.
