Are you ready for a revival? Join us for a dreamy yoga & wellness RESET in the gorgeous jungles of Costa Rica! Are you ready to feel….Refreshed. Recharged. Restored? Then, babe, you’re in for a treat! Over the course of 6 days/5 nights, Stefanie and Kat will be guiding you through a transformative experience. We’re bringing together the magic of holistic health and wellness, specifically curated for women, and yoga, for the ultimate well-woman experience.


$3200 for a private room, $2900 for a double shared room.

What’s Included:

3 Beautiful Meals: 3 Organic Meals a day catered to your dietary needs, because you feeling good is our top priority!

Daily AM Vinyasa: Start your morning with a 1 hour powerful vinyasa flow. Building strength and balance in the body and mind. Each day we will end our powerful practice with a guided meditation and themed visualization. I will provide time to journal what comes up for you after practice.

Evening Restorative or Slow Flow Yoga to reset the nervous system, sleep well, and truly relax.
Cycle Syncing Workshop: Learn to Live your Life In Alignment with your Natural Hormonal Rhythm in order to activate your female superpowers and biohack your female body. We’re going to go beyond the buzzwords in this one!

Breathwork + Well Woman Meditation: use the power of breath to clear energy, invite in peace, release what doesn’t serve you, and more! Plus practice (and learn) active mediation to stop negative thought patterns, break anxious cycles and to support your body and mind during all times of your cycle.

Go with Your Gut Workshop: Ways in which our gut affects our lives, and best practices to support healthy gut health as a woman in the modern world.

Yogi Life by Design Workshop: Are you letting life happen to you or choosing to live the life that supports your purpose and fulfills you in every capacity? In this workshop you will be guided to gain clarity around what you truly and deeply want out of life. Discover the things that are blocking you from reaching them, and create a plan using mindset work and yoga based techniques to choose a life that supports your purpose and desires. Take ownership of your one precious life to reach your limitless potential.

Final Evening Sunset Ritual Immersion & Dance Party: practice an ancient water ritual to leave you feeling renewed. Then let’s dance like you only can at an all-girls dance party!

Stefanie Adler

Stefanie Adler, is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Women’s Hormone + Fertility Expert, and Wellness Coach. Her practice focuses on supporting those with cycling bodies in balancing their hormones, healing their gut’s, and all things babymaking. She is immensely passionate about giving women the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in the modern world.

Her wellness journey began while she was a teenager. Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, she decided to do something about it! She had a lightbulb moment and realized that: food can be medicine! Over the years she learned more about her body’s unique nutritional needs and how stress affected her physical state. After getting an undergraduate degree in conflict resolution she decided to go back to school for a degree in Nutritional Consulting, from Bauman College, to support others on their healing journeys.

Now she works with women all over the world, from all walks of life, providing education and guidance on how to live a holistically healthy balanced life! When she isn’t supporting clients you can find Stefanie on a pottery wheel making moon mugs, hiking, or reading a historical fiction novel.

Kat Cynewski

Kat’s yoga classes are based on fun, creative flows while paying close attention to safe alignment and intentional sequencing. After falling in love with the practice in 2011 and how it transformed her life physically and emotionally, she wanted to help others do the same. She guides yoga students to deepen their practice and focus on balancing the body, mind, and spirit both on and off the mat. You can expect a strong, creative flow, and upbeat music in her vinyasa class!
