A sacred retreat to nourish body, mind, and spirit.Join Hannah Colbert, Toni Visone, and Lizzie Muse of the Salty Buddha majestically positioned and elegantly designed Bodhi Tree Yoga resort in Nosara, Costa Rica.Travel with Hannah Colbert, Toni Pierce and Lizzie Muse from the Salty Buddha to the majestically positioned and elegantly designed Bodhi Tree Yoga resort in Costa Rica. This sacred retreat will include daily yoga, meditation, kundalini, and sacred rest. Various styles of yoga will include vinyasa, yin, restorative, and much more. The Bodhi Tree is a modern yet peaceful sanctuary in Nosara in Costa Rica, a tranquil getaway amidst the scenic jungle and salty ocean.

Hannah Colbert, RYT-200, Toni Visone RYT-200, Lizzie Muse, K.R.I. certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher of the Salty Buddha.

Hannah Colbert, RYT-200 and Toni Visone RYT-200 are co-owners of The Salty Buddha yoga studios in Massachusetts. Hannah and Toni draw inspiration from our energetic systems within and around us, curating practices rich in uniqueness to complement the unique physical, energetic, and spiritual connections within us. With extensive training in trauma informed yoga and pranayama, Hannah and Toni seek to nourish students’ spirits and teach ways to regluate and nourish our nervous systems to heal from stress. Hannah has extensive training in trauma informed yoga, yin, yoga nidra, and vinyasa. exploration into self acceptHannah has training in yin and restorative yoga, and Toni Visone teaches a poetic blend of fluid movement vinyasa yoga in a union of movement and breath. Their teachings are inspired from the chakras, meridian centers, and subtle energy layers within the body, inviting students to a fluid flow of creativity, breath, and movement. Lizzie Muse (Jagatmeet Kaur Khalsa) is a K.R.I. certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Her classes are upbeat, deeply meditative & relaxing, and filled with fun yogic knowledge that you can use in everyday life. Lizzie has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2008 and became an instructor in 2013. Lizzie trained and mentored with Tej Kaur Khalsa & Harijiwan in Los Angeles. Upon graduating, Lizzie assisted Tej Kaur Khlasa in opening Nine Treasures Yoga and was blessed to serve her beloved teacher for one year. Lizzie truly believes that Kundalini yoga will leave you feeling happy, bright and light. Lizzie Muse (Jagatmeet Kaur Khalsa) is a K.R.I. certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Her classes are upbeat, deeply meditative & relaxing, and filled with fun yogic knowledge that you can use in everyday life. Lizzie has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2008 and became an instructor in 2013. Lizzie trained and mentored with Tej Kaur Khalsa & Harijiwan in Los Angeles.
