This retreat is for EVERYONE – friends, couples, siblings, solo travelers

Join us for your 2024 Wellness Reset. We will do yoga and cycle, we offer fitness with bands and enjoy walks on the beach (did someone say sunset workout?). We will grow together in friendship through laughter and adventure! Our Yoga, Cycle and Fitness Retreat promises a week of wellness and connection with like minded people!

Rooming Options and Rates:

Queen Casita Deluxe: Two Bedrooms – Each bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. This casita has a shared living space, patio and mini fridge. ($3000pp) Link is to standard casita, but please note there are two bathrooms in this casita.

Queen Casita: Two Bedrooms – This Casita offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and living space, patio and mini fridge. ($2700pp)

Jungle Double: Two queen beds in a hotel style room – private bathroom and private open air shower! ($2575pp)

Jungle Queen: One queen bed in a hotel style room – private bathroom and private open air shower! ($3000 single occupancy – additional guest in this room will be $1500)

Bodhi Villa: Includes one king bed, luxurious bathroom, air conditioning, wifi and a terrace. Single Occupancy ($3850 – single occupancy – additional guest in this room will be $1500)

Included: 7 nights stay, three generous meals on site per day, yoga, cycle and fitness classes taught by your group leaders, use of the gym, pool, fitness facility, one dinner out, 13% CR Hotel Tax.

Not Included: Airfare to and from LIR airport, cost of shuttle to and from Bodhi Tree (we will help you arrange), alcoholic beverages.

Kim Ply

Kim began her fitness journey teaching step aerobics, muscle and hi/lo back in the 90s! With more than 20 years experience, her passion has grown to running her own personal training and yoga studio, SimPly Fit. She plans functional programs that are effective, efficient and FUN! Outside of her own studio, Kim teaches Yoga, Barbell and Kickboxing at Lifetime Athletic.As a health coach, Kim has a holistic view of wellness and a genuine desire to help people.

Nikki Sinclair

What began with Nikki fearfully accompanying a friend to an indoor cycle class almost fifteen years ago, grew into a passion for a career in the fitness industry that has continued for over a decade. Nikki provides a wide range of fitness experiences as a cycle instructor, yoga teacher, classical pilates instructor, and group strength instructor. Her goals are to always deliver fun and challenging workouts, empower participants to find their true strength within, and to lift each other as they rise.
When she’s not in fitness studios, Nikki’s other happy places are at home with her three kids, out on the Great Lakes or surrounded by trees. You will probably also find her on the floor covered in foster kittens and puppies, or anywhere in the company of beloved friends and family.
