We warmly invite you to join MarieGreenYoga as Marie and Dawn return for their 8th year to Costa Rica to host tropical wellness retreats for 2024.

This is our 3rd Spring&Renew Retreat taking place on May 4-11, 2024 at luxurious BodhiTreeYogaResort in Nosara Costa Rica.

This year’s spring retreat is guided classes by Marie with a focus on Mat Pilates, Yin Yoga and early morning Chakra Meditation as well as deep transformational conversations with Dawn.

Whether you are traveling alone or with a friend this retreat is for you!

Bodhi Tree is a world class retreat resort with lots to offer and is nestled in the jungle by Nosara, within walking distance to Playa Guiones, known for its surfing and a perfect beach to enjoy your swim/walk/run between your retreat classes with Marie and other activities. Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort lays also within the healing energies of The Blue Zone , the presence of its healing properties are palpable on the Nicoya Peninsula.

Marie will offer you 3 daily classes- early morning Chakra Meditation, mid morning MatPilates class, late afternoon YinYoga class-

The morning Meditation will take you into your designated daily chakra, the Mat Pilates class will take us into different parts of our physical body and learn about muscles and also get you on a routine for daily strength and lengthening of muscles, Yin Yoga in the afternoons will be designated for the flow of Chi in the Meridians and with the assistance of yoga props, the perfect way to wrap up your daily activity at the resort and to gently stretch and rejuvenate for the night.

The Spring&Renew Retreat room pricing includes a 7 night stay with 3 daily classes, lodging, meals (arrival day dinner until 9pm and departure day breakfast at 7am), access to pool as well as beach, are included in the retreat price as well as Costa Rica tax. Not included is transportation, however Dawn will coordinate shared shuttles with arrivals and departures to keep costs down for those who would like. Suggested airport is Liberia, Costa Rica (airport code is LIR)
