Join us at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort for our Surf and Soul Vinyasa Retreat! Every morning we will start with a vinyasa practice followed by a meditation.  After morning movement, the day is yours to explore the venue’s offerings or head to the beach to get back on your surfboard! The afternoon practice will support deep relaxation and help with soft tissue hydration, circulation, and recovery with a blend of yin, restorative yoga, and MFR techniques led by one of our wildly knowledgeable and skilled hosts, Amanda Rico. You will have plenty of time to explore Nosara’s natural beauty, savor nourishing organic buffet-style meals, and connect with a supportive community. During this week, you will have equal opportunity to both challenge yourself and relax. A group surfing lesson is included in this retreat! We are also offering optional journaling and group sharing circles led by Amanda Lytle. We promise this retreat will be exactly what you need to reset, rejuvenate, and reconnect. This week is going to be incredible!

Testimonials

“I attended the Amandas’ yoga retreat in Costa Rica and it was an amazing week of yoga, connection, introspection, beaches, and fun. They put a lot of thought into a full itinerary but maintained the flexibility to respond to the needs of the group. The Amandas’ provided great yoga instruction where I was able to grow my practice and created a supportive environment for the group to connect and make the trip their own.”

– Ashley H., Toronto, ON, Canada

“I loved Amanda and Amanda. They’re both so knowledgeable about yoga and they bring different strengths/styles to the practice, which meant that there was both an intensity

and a calmness to the experience, which I really appreciated (and needed). It was exactly what my body and mind needed. I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many other women and be in a beautiful, natural setting where I could fully focus on my physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing while also having so much fun.”

– Jessica S., San Francisco, US

“I felt so lucky to be able to attend the Kēva retreat with Las Amanda’s. Being pushed through Rico’s classes and workshops, and gently guided through Lytle’s yin and healing sessions was exactly what I needed. These girls are an unstoppable duo. Thank you guys for sharing guidance, knowledge, your entire hearts and beautiful souls.”

– Emily B., Castlegar, BC, Canada

“Amanda and Amanda have a wonderful working and personal relationship.

You can tell that they held deep respect for one another. That set the tone for the retreat. They were fun and funny and were excellent retreat leaders. Both were so flexible and adaptable. Their energy and passion for the retreat attendees was evident. I really enjoyed their presence.”

– Linh D., Toronto, ON, Canada

“The Amanda’s combine their unique skills to create a wonderful week of exercise, relaxation, healing, connection, and fun and I can’t recommend it enough! This was my first retreat with them but it won’t be my last!” –

Kristen B., Minden, ON, Canada

“Just went on an amazing retreat with the Amanda’s, fabulous instructors. I feel relaxed rejuvenated and able to practice yoga with more skill and knowledge.. thank you ladies look forward to the next one.”

– Sue P., Haliburton, ON, Canada

“I met the Amandas while on vacation in Mexico and watching them scheme and plan for their retreat people convinced me I needed to be part of their retreat, not adjacent to it. I am so grateful for that decision! The Amandas created a beautiful intentional space that allowed me to heal, work on myself, all while soaking in tropical sun and making new friends. The Devi Retreat was amazing and I can’t wait to join them on another adventure next year.”

– Becca B., VA, USA
