Join Jen Fisher for a week of yoga, connection, and renewal at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. This retreat is a journey through earth, water, fire, air, and space, with each day offering a different lens for practice and reflection. Through twice daily yoga classes, meditation, a cacao ceremony, sound healing, and a sunset catamaran excursion, the experience is designed to reconnect you with both the natural world and your own inner landscape, culminating in a final day that integrates all five elements. Days unfold with a balanced rhythm—dynamic vinyasa in the morning to awaken the body and build energy, followed by afternoons that invite a softer pace with restorative movement, meditation, and time to rest or explore. Three nourishing meals are served daily, supporting your practice and allowing you to feel grounded, energized, and cared for throughout the week. Equally central to the experience is the sense of community that naturally develops. Jen creates a welcoming, supportive space where participants feel comfortable, seen, and connected. Many guests arrive on their own and leave with meaningful relationships, sharing in a collective experience of growth, openness, and genuine connection that extends well beyond the retreat itself.
