Jen Fortin, E-RYT200, YACEP, is a certified yoga instructor, certified Pilates Reformer instructor, and certified personal trainer who began her yoga journey in 2010 after the birth of her son. What started as a deeply personal practice quickly evolved into a passion for teaching and helping others move, feel, and live better. Jen has worked extensively with athletes and private clients, including professional and collegiate teams, with a focus on strength, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention. She teaches a wide range of classes—from athletic and strength-based yoga to creative fusion formats—leads local and international retreats, and mentors and teaches in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Anderson Yoga Center in Anderson, South Carolina.
Megan Schlobohm, M.S., E-RYT500, YACEP, is the owner of Anderson Yoga Center and has been practicing yoga since 2003. She earned her RYT200 in 2017 and became the studio owner in 2018, shaping it into a vibrant, welcoming space for growth and connection. Megan completed an additional 300 hours of advanced training in 2020, earning her E-RYT500, and now serves as the lead instructor for the studio’s Registered Yoga School and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, while also leading local and international retreats. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and a background as a professional chef, Megan brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her teaching, which emphasizes breath, safe alignment, mindfulness, and sustainable practice. She teaches vinyasa, gentle and restorative styles, pranayama, meditation, and a variety of specialty classes, with the goal of helping students cultivate a lifelong, fulfilling yoga practice and greater quality of life.
