Prepayment Policy / High & Holiday Season

• In order to secure your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total charge.
• Sixty days (60) prior to the date of arrival, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort will make a second and final charge for the 50% pending amount to complete a 100% room payment, using the information provided by guest.
• To process reservations within sixty days (60) period, a payment of 100% of the room reservation cost is needed.

(Reservations  can be modified according to availability before sixty days (60) period,  following High and Holiday Season Prepayment and Cancellation Policies  conditions).

• Thirty days (30) prior to the date of arrival, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort will make a second and final charge for the 50% pending amount to complete a 100% room payment, using the information provided by guest.
• To process reservations within thirty days (30) period, a payment of 100% of the room reservation cost is needed.

(Reservations  can be modified according to availability before thirty days (30) period,  following High and Holiday Season Prepayment and Cancellation Policies  conditions).

Impossibility of Performance
I agree that Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, blockades, government order or other circumstances beyond our control

Privacy Policy and Legal Statement
Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is committed to maintain the strictest confidence of all information relating to our guests and entered on our website. The information you provide will be for the exclusive use of Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and under penalty of applicable law. We will never give out your e-mail address for any reason.

Cancellation Policy / High & Holiday Season

• Reservations cancelled sixty days (60) or more prior to the date of arrival will incur on a 20% penalty charge over the deposit amount paid.
• Reservations cancelled less than sixty days (60) prior to the date of arrival will incur on a 100% penalty charge of total booking amount.

(There are no refunds unless the room can be sold during the reservation period, this will apply for “early check outs”, “no shows” and any change on number of guests on your reservation once the reservation is paid.)
